VIRTUES Benefit: Another Hidden LOTRO rule!

Lengethmorn has brought to our attention yet another unknow rule by most players in the game! Okay, you have finally achieved getting all 5 of your chosen Virtues maxed out so you are done until you level up again, right?

Wrong! All earned Virtues grant a passive benefit that is cumulative that you will receive, even when the virtue is not actively slotted! So work on your 5 and then afterward, check the other virtues that would benefit you the most and start working on them!
